FAQs

General Conference

Who is this conference for?

Culture conference is a three-day event hosted at Vineyard Columbus for students in grades 6-12. This conference is an open invite for individual students and youth ministries across the city and beyond.

What can we expect?

Through dynamic biblical teaching, powerful worship, and intentional prayer ministry, students will discover what it means to walk in the light of Christ. They will be equipped to authentically share their faith, embrace their God-given gifts, and reflect the hope of Jesus in a world that desperately needs it. Each day will be packed with breakout sessions, exciting team competitions, and unforgettable afterparties.

What is the theme for this year?

We live in a world filled with shadows, but even in our darkest hour, the smallest flicker of light becomes a beacon of hope. At Culture Conference, we are gathering to encounter the Light that overcomes all darkness at the speed of 670 million miles per hour—the light of Jesus, who transforms not only what we see but how we see everything. Jesus overcame the darkness so that we may walk in the Light. Together, we’ll learn to live as children of the light, seeing our world with new eyes and stepping into our calling as co-heirs in the Kingdom of Light.

Will middle school and high school students be together?

For main sessions, we will all gather together for worship and a message. Middle school and high school students will be separate for meals, games, and breakout sessions.

Will there be Spanish translation?

Yes! We will have Spanish translation available for all main sessions.

What safety and security measures will be in place?

We have a security team on site throughout the conference and the safety of all students is a high priority to us! However, we cannot account for the location of every student at all times and students are responsible for being at the right place at the right time.

Registration

What is the cost for the weekend?

It's $50 for the whole experience! Can't make it the entire time? You can get a 1 day pass for $25.

What does the registration cost cover?

Registration covers admission to all three days of the conference. It does not include meals, transportation, or lodging.

Can I come by myself, or do I need to come with a youth group?

Yes, you can come by yourself or with a group! This conference is open to any students in grades 6th – 12th. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet and connect with other students.

Do you have a school release form?
Are meals included in registration? Will there be food available for purchase?

Meals are not included in your registration fee. We will have a variety of food trucks lined up during lunch and dinner blocks on Friday and Saturday. We’ll also provide a list of recommended places to eat around town.

Do I have to pick up my student for meals?

You do not have pick up your student. There will be food trucks on site during meal blocks. Just make sure to send some money with your student for meals!
